Ode on a Grecian Tilley
This is my entry for the 2011 New Yorker Eustace Tilley contest. This year the winning image will appear on a tote bag for the strand bookstore so I went with a classic Greek style as a homage to the classical thinkers that inspired our love of knowledge and their receptacle, the book

Cinghiale
On New Year's Eve I worked coat check at a fancy restaurant, the first thing I noticed was that the coat check room they put me in was not designed to hold coats, the second was that I was sequestered away so I could get away with being paid to doodle, the restaurant is called Cinghiale, which is Italian for wild boar, but the logo the had was typographic and more of a a "wild bore" (I'm high-fiving myself right now) so I decided to draw a new one
